Punctuation. Again.

Here are some interesting sites dealing with quotation marks and apostrophes. I laughed out loud--and I think you will too--at some of the things said.

ferroeqinologist = person who studies (and loves) trains (i.e., railroad enthusiast). -- JL
flibberty-gibbet = flighty person -- JA
Flying by the seat of your pants-- EM
leighster = female liar -- SB
misodoctakleidist = someone who dislikes playing the piano -- JA
scaredy-cat = person who is easily frightened -- ZP
Taking the mickey out of someone--AB
to cotton on = to get used to an idea; to become comfortable with someone else's idea -- NB
Which is it? (a) Let's eat Grandpa. (b) Let's eat, Grandpa.* Use grammar. It saves lives. -- RS
Wigwam for a goose's bridle = useless contraption -- AM
